Role: Assistant General Manager – Business Development We are looking for a high-performing BD professional to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role with complete ownership of the sales lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Acquire new clients in corporate interiors and commercial real estate. Lead the complete sales cycle: pitching, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, and closure. Build a strong, qualified pipeline through outreach, networking, research, and events. Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Deliver tailored presentations and proposals using Flipspaces’ VR-tech platform. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery. Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets. Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline. Required Experience 5–8 years in B2B sales, interior solutions, workspace design, real estate solutions, or corporate sales. Proven experience in closing mid-to-large value deals independently. Education Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business Management from a Tier 1 institute . Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
