We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead and architect diverse business intelligence, data warehousing, and AI projects while ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Role Overview:

As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, leading, and delivering end-to-end business intelligence, data warehousing, and AI projects. You will also manage project teams, ensuring deliverables are on track and aligned with business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of business intelligence, data warehousing, and AI projects.- Solution Design: Architect scalable and robust BI/AI solutions based on customer requirements, utilizing appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks.- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and create project roadmaps.- Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on best practices for AI model deployment, data management, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.- Preferred Cloud Environment: Architect solutions primarily on AWS, leveraging its native tools and services for data management, AI/ML, and analytics.- Team Management: Oversee a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, and analysts. Ensure the team follows best practices for coding, testing, and deploying solutions.- Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Track milestones, risks, and deliverables to maintain progress.- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for all project-related communications. Ensure transparent and frequent updates to internal and external stakeholders.- Technology Evangelism: Stay updated with industry trends in AI, business intelligence, and data engineering to continuously improve solution offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, leading business intelligence, data warehousing, and AI projects.- Strong experience in technologies like Power BI, Tableau, ETL tools, SQL, Spark, Python, R, and AWS (preferred).- Hands-on experience with AI/ML model deployment, data management, and governance.- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with a strong focus on timely delivery.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.- Project management experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.- Leadership qualities with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
