Job Description:1. Account Management:Building & maintaining relationships with key accounts.Negotiation with accounts for Margin, Visibility to maximize the profit.Understanding of the account's business needs and objectives.Address account concerns and resolve them effectively2. Sales & Business Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Monitor sales performance and implement inputs to achieve sales targets.Analysis market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunitiesExpand the company's reach in key accounts.Regular business reviews with accounts to ensure business growth and identify new opportunities.Forecast the stock for his set of accounts.Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.Identify growth opportunities within territory.3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the internal team(Finance ,Supply chain & others) to ensure business & Financial hygiene.Communicate account needs and feedback to drive improvements.4. Sale team & Distributor ManagementWork closely with the sales team to drive the business and keep primary & secondary execution as per company normsMaintaining business & financial hygiene at distributor point and building relationships.5. Reporting and AnalysisPrepare regular reports on account status and progressAnalyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Qualifications required:Any Graduate/Postgraduate.6 – 10 years of relevant industry experience from FMCG / Beauty & personal care industry.Should have handled Modern Trade at Regional Level.
