Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Nobilia India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promote the brand.
Qualifications
Proven 3-4 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Understanding of market trends and customer needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience in the kitchen manufacturing industry is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
