Job Summary:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of various marketing channels, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:· Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to drive excellence and collaboration.· Collaborate with product management, sales, and other stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, informing marketing strategies and tactics accordingly.· Oversee the creation and implementation of compelling marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and other channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.· Analyze campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging insights to optimize future initiatives and maximize ROI.· Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve objectives within financial constraints.· Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.· Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.· Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful content, visuals, and collateral that align with marketing goals and resonate with target audiences.· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, fostering relationships and promoting brand awareness.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.· Proven experience (minimum 5 years years) in marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.· Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.· Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.· Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.· Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.· Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:· Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) or tech industry.· Certification in marketing or related field (e.g., AMA, HubSpot).· Experience managing international marketing campaigns and teams.· Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and techniques.· Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies.
