We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Asst. Sales Manager to join our Commercial Laundry division in Delhi. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, technical understanding, and customer relationship management experience, particularly in the hospitality and laundry equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit existing and prospective 4-star and 5-star hotel clients as per a weekly schedule approved by management.
  • Build and maintain a robust customer database in the relevant industry segment.
  • Demonstrate sound technical and commercial knowledge of laundry equipment to effectively support the sales cycle.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Work towards achieving the divisions annual sales targets and support business growth strategies.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on sales activities, customer visits, and project pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or MBA (preferred).
  • 35 years of relevant experience in Commercial or Retail Laundry equipment sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently handle customer interactions and close deals.
  • Willingness to travel locally as per client and project needs.
