Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Human Resources Specialist at Urban Farms Udaipur. The Human Resources Specialist will be primarily responsible for our team growth as well as HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The role is designed to be hybrid with an expectation of about 40% of the time to be in Udaipur.

The Human Resources Specialist will work closely with the Founding Team and get unparalleled exposure to the workings of an early stage business while getting the opportunity to learn from well-rounded and multi-faceted mentors.


Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills with minimum 3-4 years experience
  • Talent acquisition (including Campus Recruitments)
  • Experience in developing HR policies
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in a similar role within the agricultural or sustainability sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
