Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and a passion for finding and hiring top talent across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct resume screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Offer Management: Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and budget.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and report on recruitment performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
