Responsibilities:
Source and attract top Business Growth talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
Assist with other HR and recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
2 years of experience in Talent acquisition.
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with software development roles and technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Passion for talent acquisition and building diverse teams.
