B.Com/ M.Com / 2+ years of experience in Tally/Marg/Busy/Quick books/Any Other ERP. Teaching experience in Tally ERP/ Marg ERP/ Busy ERP/ Quick books. Should be able to teach the below-mentioned topics.
Creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning.
Providing training to employees, Partners or Clients.
Knowledge of internet, Ms Excel and word must.
Ensure maintenance of day-wise module like Purchase ,Sales, Inventory, Finance and GST
Providing individual attention and care
Teaching Basic GST, Payroll, Excise duty, Cost calculation Income tax, and Service tax
Planning and Preparation for Customer resource planning and allocation
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP, Marg ERP, Focus softness, Busy ERP, Quick book, any other ERP
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide Demo/Support via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Escalate complex issues when needed.
Master the SaaS software features.
Stay updated with new software developments.
Assist with customer onboarding.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation.
Help with data migration and ensure data accuracy.
Advise on best practices for data management.
Maintain support documentation and knowledge base.
Manage customer interactions in the ticketing system.
Collect customer feedback and suggest software improvements.
Collaborate with the product development team.
Troubleshoot technical issues.
Assist in software testing and quality assurance.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
