Role & responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Feedback
- Collect and document customer feedback on products, services, and delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.
Internal Coordination
- Liaise with the plant, R&D, and other internal teams to share customer requirements and feedback.
- Track and follow up on customer issues, RFQs, and order progress until closure.
- Ensure accurate communication between customers and internal teams.
RFQs & Sales Operations
- Support in preparing, submitting, and following up on quotations.
- Assist in handling customer documentation, order processing, and related sales operations.
- Maintain records of RFQs, proposals, and feedback for reporting purposes.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain and update customer interaction logs, sales reports, and feedback trackers.
- Provide regular updates to the Business Development Manager on customer requirements and follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
