Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving targets. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions or services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and communications.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetups.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
