Sales Account Manager

Job Location :- Gurgaon / Delhi (Local candidate | Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as define by sales goals & objectives.- Build and manage sales pipeline.- Articulate and effectively communicate company value proposition to prospect leadership, including C-level IT leadership.- Day to day management of existing accounts to expand company footprint.- Lead efforts to up sell company Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services.- Be responsible for preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.- Negotiate and close deals in timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.- Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.- Build excellent relationship with partner community to identify opportunities and expand pipeline.- Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.- 5 - 7 years of prior sales experience in software services industry.- Prior experience of selling Enterprise Software such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, Enterprise Portal.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on quarterly basis.- Extremely good time management skills.- Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.- Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com
