Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the company’s mission and business objectives.Responsibilities- Design and manage CSR projects related to education, health, environment, livelihood, skill development, etc.- Ensure CSR initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and measurable.- Collaborate with NGOs, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders for project partnerships.- Ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations (e.g., Companies Act, 2013 – India).- Monitor CSR budgets and expenditure in accordance with statutory requirements.- Prepare and present periodic CSR reports to management and board-level committees.- Publish annual CSR reports for inclusion in corporate disclosures.- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Represent the company in CSR forums, conferences, and social impact events.- Promote employee volunteering and community engagement programs.- Develop KPIs to track the impact of CSR initiatives.- Conduct field visits and third-party evaluations to assess project effectiveness and ensure transparency.- Coordinate with corporate communications to highlight CSR efforts through internal and external media.- Manage content related to CSR on the company’s website, social media, and newsletters.- Any other task assigned from Time to Time by the reporting manager.QualificationsMSW/MBA/PMIR / Master in Mass CommunicationRequired SkillsKannada Language mandatory
