Job Title: Finish Goods Invoicing/Billing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Finish Goods Invoicing/Billing Executive for our Mundhwa location. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, a background in Commerce, Science, or Mechanical Engineering, and proficiency in SAP. The role involves handling billing, invoicing, and dispatch/logistics operations for finished steel products like bars, billets, and ingots.

Qualification:

• B. Com / B.Sc. / B.E. (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory)
• Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations
• Good communication and coordination skills

Scope of Work / Responsibilities:

• Handling billing and invoicing for finish goods such as steel bars, billets, ingots, etc.
• Managing dispatch and logistics operations
• Coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation
• Generating and verifying invoices using SAP
• Ensuring proper documentation related to dispatches and billing
• Maintaining records and reports for audit and internal tracking

• Other finished steel goods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
