Requirements: 

- Minimum of 1 year experience in Business Development, with a proven track record in lead generation.
- Proficiency in analyzing reports and using data analytics to track and report key functional metrics.
- Ability to identify areas to reduce expenses and improve operational effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and work towards achieving sales targets consistently.
