Qualification(s)

Graduate in Computer Science Engineering with specialization in ERP systems.

• MBA/M.Tech would be an added advantage

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of ERP and MES concepts, modules, and best practices.

• Experience with multiple ERP systems (e.g., Priority, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and their respective modules.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing ERP and MES implementations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with change management and user training.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and security standards.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for ERP and MES systems, aligning them with overall business objectives. This includes planning for upgrades, new implementations, and integrations across different platforms.

System Selection & Implementation: Evaluate Priority ERP and MES solutions, managing the entire implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

Multi-System Management: Oversee the integration and interoperability of Priority ERP and MES systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless workflows across different business units and locations.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through the effective use of Priority ERP and MES functionalities. This includes streamlining workflows, enhancing data accuracy, and improving overall efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of ERP and MES specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success in delivering projects and maintaining systems.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and ensure alignment on system implementations and changes.

Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor the performance of ERP and MES systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize system performance and user experience.

Change Management: Manage the organizational change associated with ERP and MES implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems and processes.

Budget Management: Manage the budget for ERP and MES projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient resource allocation.

Compliance & Security: Ensure that ERP and MES systems adhere to relevant industry regulations and security standards.

Documentation & Training:

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP and MES systems, including user manuals, training materials, and system configurations.
