Job Description - ERP Operator

Location: Warehouse, Gurgaon

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

The ERP Operator plays a key role in managing inventory and operational data using our ERP

system (Odoo- preferably). She/he will be responsible for creating Bills of Materials, delivery

challans while ensuring accurate record-keeping. With strong Excel skills and a keen eye for

detail, the ERP Operator will monitor stock levels, conduct inventory audits, and identify

discrepancies. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and

support smooth backend operations.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

  • Enter and manage data using the ERP system (Odoo).
  • Create Bills of Materials (BOMs), delivery challans, inter-company transfers (ICTs), and

other documents in Odoo.

  • Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies or irregular stock levels.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits to ensure records match physical stock.

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Odoo is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
