Job Title: Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Reporting To: Team Leader/Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reputation Management Executive to monitor, manage, and enhance our client partner brands online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking public perception, responding to customer feedback across digital platforms, and implementing strategies to maintain a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor brand mentions across social media, review sites, forums, blogs, and news platforms.
  • Respond to customer reviews, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to address negative feedback and resolve issues.
  • Develop and execute ORM strategies to improve brand sentiment and visibility.
  • Generate regular reports on online reputation metrics and sentiment analysis.
  • Identify potential reputation risks and escalate them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a database of feedback and responses for analysis and improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in ORM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 13 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ORM tools like Brandwatch, Meltwater, Google Alerts, etc.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in crisis communication or PR.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
