Job Title: Database Implementation Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Engineering - Software & QA department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex database solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and develop tailored database solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful implementation of databases, including data migration, configuration, and testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of database concepts and technologies.
  • Proficiency in working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or DB2 databases.
  • Experience with Hibernate (or similar) ORM tools and Spring framework is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, analyze, and provide effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to maintain high attention to detail and quality standards.
