Reputation Management Professional - 6-Month Traineeship

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Reputation Management Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the field of online reputation management.

This role involves developing and implementing ORM strategies to enhance clients' online reputation. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms, responding to negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks, and utilizing ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends.

As a Reputation Management Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and develop your skills in online reputation management, social media, and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs and professional development activities to further enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of online reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance clients' online reputation

  • Respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks
  • Utilize ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends
  • Stay updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in reputation management
  • Prepare detailed ORM performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship
