About the Role

We are looking for an
experienced ORM Executive
to join our team. You will be responsible for handling
customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
via email and chat. with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

This role requires
excellent written English skills
, attention to detail, and the ability to
communicate effectively with global customers
. Also, if interest in sports

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor, track, and analyze
  online reviews, customer feedback, and brand sentiment

across
Google Play Store, iOS App Store, Trustpilot, and Reddit

.
- Develop
real-time dashboards

and
weekly/monthly reports

to provide insights into ORM performance and customer sentiment trends.
- Extract
key reputation metrics

such as sentiment score, response effectiveness, and escalation trends.
- Use
Brandwatch, SEMrush, and Zendesk Analytics

to generate data-driven insights for improving online reputation.

Reputation Insights & Process Optimization

• Identify
  recurring customer issues and sentiment shifts

from online feedback and recommend improvements to response strategies.
- Conduct
competitor benchmarking analysis

to measure ORM effectiveness against key industry players.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize
engagement, response quality, and brand sentiment

.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with the
  ORM Specialists, Senior Grievance Manager, and Project Head

to align data-driven strategies with business goals.
- Liaise with internal teams to
escalate high-priority issues

and track resolutions.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to improve
response rate, engagement, and overall brand sentiment

.

Tool & Platform Utilization

• Utilize
  Brandwatch, SproutSocial and Zendesk

to track ORM operations and ensure real-time data reporting.
- Maintain a
repository of historical ORM data

to track long-term reputation trends.

Key Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ year

of experience in
ORM, CX analytics, or digital marketing analytics

.
- Proven expertise in
Google Play Store, iOS App Store, Trustpilot, and Reddit monitoring

.
- Hands-on experience with Brandwatch, SEMrush, Zendesk Analytics
- Strong knowledge of
data visualization tools

like Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker Studio or Power BI
- Experience in
creating dashboards and generating reputation insights reports

.
- Ability to
translate data into actionable insights

for improving customer experience.
- Knowledge of
Python, SQL

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in
  sports streaming, entertainment, or digital consumer brands

is a plus.
- Knowledge of
BigQuery,

Experience in
Python & SQL
- Strong
problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

.
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in English

.
- Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment.
