Salesforce Sales Manager Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s IT business in the UAE market.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector, including IT infrastructure, software solutions, and IT services.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized IT solutions that meet client needs and address market demands.Lead the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management practices.Manage a team of IT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve business objectives.Requirements:Proven experience as an IT Business Manager or in a similar role within the UAE market.Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions, with a solid understanding of industry trends.Demonstrated success in business development and sales, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and build relationships across diverse stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field;

Master’s degree is a plus.Knowledge of local business practices and regulations in the UAE.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business8+ years' of sales experience - Salesforce Excellent written and verbal communication skills
