Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Zonal Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi. This is a senior full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of work experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in driving sales growth, managing sales territories, and leading a team to achieve ambitious targets. Qualifications and Skills Proficient in Salesforce, lead generation, and business development (Mandatory skill). Experience with CRM software to maintain customer relations and sales data efficiently. Ability to conduct precise sales forecasting to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Proven track record in territory management to ensure equitable distribution of sales efforts and resources. Strong team leadership skills to inspire and guide the sales team towards achieving company goals. Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions for improvement. Demonstrated experience in building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in the dental industry. Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues in the assigned zone. Manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, training, and coaching to achieve maximum performance. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to position company products effectively. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the dental industry. Monitor and analyze sales and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Oversee territory allocations and adjust strategies to enhance market penetration and coverage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery. Track and report sales performance regularly to the senior management team, suggesting improvements as needed.
