Job description

  • As Zonal Sales Manager you will handle Sales & Business Development of the Multispeciality Segment based at Delhi HQ Covering entire Delhi, Punjab , Haryana and Jammu & Kashmir.
  • You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of 3 RSMs, 9ABM's & 56 MR's. And achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
  • You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
  • You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.

Candidate Profile

  • You should be Science Graduate 15-20 years in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as a Zonal Sales Manager handling Multispeciality Segment based at Delhi HQ Covering entire Delhi, Punjab , Haryana and Jammu & Kashmir.
  • You should be good in Man Management & Business Development.
  • You should have good experience in scientific/ medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
  • You should be good at Maintaining Administrative Control in Field Force.
