Our flagship event, SAJRE National Art Summit (SAJRE-NAS), is India’s biggest national-level drawing and painting competition offering scholarships, recognition, and creative opportunities for students across all districts of India.Role OverviewThe Zonal Business Manager (ZBM) will lead the business operations, sales growth, and team management within their assigned zone for SAJRE-NAS. They will ensure zonal targets are achieved, teams are trained and motivated, and the brand presence is strong in schools and institutions.Key Responsibilities- Drive zonal business growth and achieve enrollment targets. - Manage and motivate Regional and District Enrollment Officers. - Develop partnerships with schools, NGOs, and educational institutions. - Execute zonal promotional and awareness campaigns. - Ensure smooth execution of online and offline competition rounds. - Track performance, revenue, and team progress through daily/weekly reports. - Coordinate with the National Business Head and Head Office (Dharwad).Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education). - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, operations, or education management. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team handling skills. - Target-oriented with a proactive, growth-driven mindset. - Knowledge of education and competition-based projects preferred. - Proficient in English, Hindi, and local language of the zone. - Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.Compensation- Competitive Salary (Fixed + Performance-based Incentives) - Travel Allowance: ₹3/km + Daily Allowance as per company policy - Performance Incentives for Target Overachievement - Growth Path: Eligible for promotion to National Business HeadTagline:- “Live to Learn & Learn to Live” – Sajre Edutech Pvt.
