Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth & Strategy Manager with the opportunity to grow into a business leader in a few years. As a Manager - Growth & Strategy you will be assisting the top management to develop, implement and monitor plans to achieve business strategy and objectives. You will have high exposure and opportunity to work with the founders and senior leadership. The Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities for innovation, creating sustainable growth strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's vision.
Main Responsibilities:
Own strategic business initiatives contributing to growth from planning to execution
Defining and researching new ideas and business opportunities
Providing decision support to senior leadership through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders
Drive growth in new business verticals with go to market.
Assisting senior leadership with tracking and maintaining updates on critical projects and ensure cross functional participation.
Who we are looking for:
· MBA in strategy / finance or similar graduation from Top Institutes.
· 2+ years of experience in similar role
· Must be good with numbers and data handling.
· Experience or knowledge handling advanced Excel, PowerPoint etc.
· Ability to work with ambiguity and thrive under pressure
· Ability to do understand businesses, conduct market research, prepare project reports.
· Fluent in communication
