As a Growth Strategy Associate at Consultport, you will be a part of our founding team for our expansion in India. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in disrupting a multi-billion market while learning about how consulting and innovative platform businesses work and build


Your mission:

  • Help us expand our business successfully in India and internationally by identifying new strategies, and by being responsible for implementation from the beginning
  • Conduct strategic analyses of the market and competitors
  • Identify new business opportunities, and work on their execution together with other team members
  • Reach out to potential clients and consultants to join our platform and develop our Indian market
  • Help to continuously optimize our internal and external sales processes

Your Profile:

  • Graduated or about to graduate from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a similar field, with strong academic records
  • Experience in working in a high performance and dynamic work environment
  • Minimum 6 months of working experience in sales, consulting or recruiting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
  • Strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus
  • Willingness to learn and develop management consulting skills
  • Competitive and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in English
