Pulp Strategy is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with a minimum of 4-6 years of work experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer success approach and a deep passion for the digital space across both B2B and B2C markets. This role is critical in contributing to company growth through the creation and maintenance of long-term, successful client partnerships. A solid understanding of online advertising, Digital marketing performance metrics, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required. Proven business development expertise and leadership skills are essential, along with knowledge and understanding of relevant tools and resources.


Responsibilities

  • Client & Brand Understanding: Become the brand custodian by thoroughly understanding the client and the brand.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through frequent and meaningful contact.
  • Social media expertise: Have a proven and recent track record in social media best practices and driving organic growth for social media accounts.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Create digital including social strategies and program plans tailored to each brand, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Campaign Analysis & Improvement: Analyze digital campaign results and implement corrective solutions when necessary to optimize performance.
  • Client Needs & Objectives: Develop a clear understanding of client needs and business objectives to manage both new and existing accounts effectively.
  • Pitching & Strategy: Lead the development of new campaigns/pitches and strategies for your key account(s), contributing to business growth.
  • Client Query Resolution: Address client queries promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze and report on social media actions monthly, highlighting successes and identifying new opportunities. Monitor budgets, spending, and revenue, and provide clear explanations of cost factors to clients.
  • Revenue Targets: Drive account revenue targets, contributing to the overall financial health of the agency.


Internal Team Coordination

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to facilitate client requests, ensuring all internal teams are aligned with client business requirements.
  • Creative & Visual Execution: Work with creative teams to produce engaging, professional visuals and content that reflect the client’s brand.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed to achieve project goals.
  • Reporting: Generate accurate and timely reports on the status of all accounts to keep both clients and internal teams informed.
  • Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely payments by following up with clients as needed.
  • Business Development: Identify new clients and potential business opportunities, including upselling products and services to existing clients.
  • Industry Trends & Proactivity: Stay up to date with the latest trends in the digital industry and proactively update the internal team, ensuring clients benefit from the most current strategies.


Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing within a digital agency, particularly in account management.
  • Strategy Creation: Hands-on experience in creating strategies for social and digital campaigns through social platforms,.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively pitch ideas and strategies to clients through well-crafted presentations.
  • Execution Management: Strong ability to break down client requirements for the team and create, manage, and follow up on execution plans internally.
  • Market Understanding: In-depth experience and understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Digital Landscape: Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including experience in budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Creative Vision: A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.


Qualifications

  • Education: MBA in Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, with the willingness and ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
