We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver results consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive growth.
  • Oversee sales operations, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design effective sales campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
