
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct visits to construction and infrastructure project sites to generate leads and pitch rental services.
- Meet project managers, purchase departments, and site engineers to understand equipment requirements.
- Promote and explain features, benefits, and cost-effectiveness of MKB's equipment on rent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the internal team for equipment availability.
- Maintain records of client meetings, inquiries, and feedback.
- Follow up on leads and prepare proposals/quotations.
- Identify new project opportunities and maintain a site visit report.
- Identify prospective buyers using internet/tender services and other portals
**Requirements**:
- Qualification-Bachelors of commerce/arts.
- Good computer knowledge
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or equipment rental/construction industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to sites.
- Basic understanding of construction equipment like Shotcrete Machines, Boom Placers, Transit Mixers, etc., is a plus.
- Ability to handle client interactions and negotiations confidently
**Salary**:
Initial Salry-18K to 20k
After 3 months of training, we shall negotiate based on the knowledge and lead generation
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
