Job Title: Relationship Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new clients by understanding their tax and financial needs.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive financial advisory.
- Conduct client needs analysis and tailor banking, tax, investment, and loan solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell banking and financial products like loans, credit cards, insurance, and investments.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently.
- Manage client retention strategies to minimize attrition.
- Provide prompt and effective customer service, resolving queries/issues.
- Ensure full compliance with KYC and other regulatory policies.
- Stay updated on financial products, tax laws, and market trends.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in financial services.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and loan structuring.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer service oriented with resilience and persistence.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 4years of experience as a Relationship Manager in banking/financial services.
Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of CRM systems and telephony tools.
Deep understanding of banking products, investments, insurance, and financial planning.

Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
