ABOUT THE POSITIONOur company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an enthusiastic Zonal Manager for our Delhi/NCR region with management and operational knowledge for existing and upcoming restaurants.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATEWe are looking for an extremely talented operations leader with knowledge of F&B/retail/hospitality operations, a passion for developing their team members, an eye for detail and a hands-on approach. You will work directly with the Operations Head. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India’s great brands.

We expect intelligent, fearless, big dreamer, entrepreneurial, analytical, energetic and incisive co-workers.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES –1. Operations:Ø Ensure manpower is available in storesØ Respond to escalated customer complaintsØ Ensure all SOPs are followed (food safety standards, recipes, checklists, etc.)Ø Fix issues found in monthly auditsØ Hands on approach to fixing in-store recipe/food production issues (cooking)Ø Spend time at stores at hours where they need supervisionØ Ensure food ratings and prep times targets are achievedØ Execute new product rollouts

2. Team Development:Ø Be a role model to the teamØ Select and train promising team members who have managerial potentialØ Take part in interviewing team members as requiredØ Provide recognition for “job well done” and “ambitions achieved”Ø Set training objectives for all team members Intervene directly in training where store managers are having issues correcting behavior

3. Revenue & EBITDA:Ø Achieve sales and EBITDA targets setØ Solicit bulk orders from companiesØ Review daily and weekly reports to improve EBITDAØ Monitor key controllable costs (labor, utilities, food costs)Ø Coordinate with the marketing team to achieve marketing objectivesØ Share ideas to the company for how to improveØ Participate, from time to time, in business development activities

SALARYWill depend on experience. Upto 16LPA (including Incentives). Conveyance and mobileexpenses covered by company.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:California Burrito is a Mexican fast-casual restaurant chain with 70+ locations across India in Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai. We are also the owners of India's first Hass avocado farm with >500 Hass avocado trees. The company was started in 2012 by 3 Americans and will reach 100 stores in the next 2 years. We are committed to providing honestly good food with transparent sourcing and high-quality ingredients.
