Job Purpose

In the highly competitive telecom business, Network Quality is the key differentiator of customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for Operation and Maintenance of Zonal RAN/MW network, preventive maintenance, WFM KPI to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Ensuring to follow the HSW Compliances for self and among teams as per organization guidelines. Network uptime for all Technology in the Zone. Plan and Supervise corrective actions and Preventive Maintenance to improve the Network UPTIME of the Zone. Provide technical guidance and support to Zonal team in all aspects of RAN network. Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve performance. Network heath check to ensure consistent performance – drive SA alarms/parameter audit. Supports new site rollout and relocations to achieve monthly target smoothly by driving database audit, SCFT audit & Performance monitoring Implementation and acceptance testing of new node/features in co-ordination with partners, Central Quality & SNOC Team. Ensuring discipline in Asset/Inventory/Spare Management documentation to have right track of Network Assets Driving actions and Liaison with IP Partners, OFC Vendors and local authorities. MW Uptime and ensure the visibility of MW Nodes in NMS Ensure utilization monitoring and timely optimization/deployment of radio network capacity, license capacity, 4G spectrum and Transmission BW upgrade etc. Ensuring development and synergy to deliver high performance culture and safety Driving insights from Customer complaints analysis and recommend corrective actions Reduction of repeated Faults and MTTR Driving actions for WFM

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters (2G/3G/4G/VOLTE) Excellent domain knowledge and hands on experience on RAN/MW equipment’s. Ability to manage others and Teams Administration and Team building capability Cross Functional support for Packet loss/TNL/Latency/S1 Outage and customer complaints Strong leadership and people management capability, Strategy handling skills, very good cross functional co-ordination. Customer centric, Innovative , Ambitious and competitive, Calculated risk taking & task oriented

Must have technical / professional qualifications

B-Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 7-10+ years of experience
