Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Associates who are eager to take ownership of both sales and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, driving business growth, and supporting marketing campaigns to create brand visibility. You will be accountable for achieving targets, building client relationships, and contributing directly to the company's revenue and growth journey. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in business development and marketing while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

❖ Generating quality leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and online research.

❖ Own and manage the complete sales cycle prospecting, client engagement, pitching solutions, and deal closure.

❖ Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned clients, ensuring long-term relationships.

❖ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.

❖ Execute marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media promotions, events, and webinars.

❖ Preparing proposals, sales decks, and marketing collateral.

❖ Track industry trends, competitor activities, and share insights to refine strategies.

❖ Collaborate with the team to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads through marketing efforts

Key Requirements

❖ Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sale & Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

❖ Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.

❖ Exposure to the EdTech or IT industry will be considered a strong advantage.

❖ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

❖ Strong interpersonal skills with confidence to engage decision-makers.

❖ Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.

❖ Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a passion for growth

❖ Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly for business development
