Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team and drive business growth by
building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies and partners across India.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability
to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and onboard new B2B travel partners across India.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agents and corporate
travel businesses.
• Promote Tranzyt's visa services (tourist and business) and educate partners about
product offerings.
• Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and digital platforms.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
• Track client interactions and maintain reports using CRM tools.
• Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to support business growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Travel or related field (preferred).
• Recent graduates (Bachelor's degree) and freshers who are eager to kickstart their
careers
• 0 - 1 years of sales/business development internship experience (travel/visa/aviation
industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, English
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel (if required) for client meetings and industry events.
