Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2C Sales Associate, located in Bengaluru South. The B2C Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions through our product offerings. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, conducting product demonstrations, following up on leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer engagement skills
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and closing sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the Edtech or education domain is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
