As we expand our B2C vertical, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can turn every inquiry into a delighted client — someone who understands premium consumer expectations and knows how to balance empathy with commercial drive.The Role in a Nutshell 🎬You’ll be the anchor of our B2C revenue engine. From Instagram leads and website inquiries to referrals, collaborations, and walk-ins - you’ll own the entire sales funnel. This role blends sales strategy (pipeline building, partnerships, reporting) with execution (follow-ups, negotiations, and client onboarding).If you’re persuasive, structured, and thrive in premium creative sales, this role is made for you.What You’ll Do 🚀Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the full sales funnel (inquiries → consultations → bookings → repeat clients). Execute structured follow-ups, outbound calls, and collaboration-driven campaigns to maximize conversions.Lead Management & Reporting: Track every lead like it’s gold. Maintain daily dashboards, weekly reviews, and monthly forecasts. Share insights and trends with the Founder to stay ahead of the curve.Negotiation & Collections: Convert interest into confirmed bookings at premium pricing while safeguarding margins.
