Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in New Delhi at Peeco Group. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, conduct job fairs, and participate in recruiting events.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition skills
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Key responsibility

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
  2. Understand business requirements from plant heads, corporate office, and business leaders to define hiring needs.
  3. Source candidates.
  4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical, operational, and corporate roles.
  5. Conduct initial screening & interviews, ensuring the best fit with company culture and role expectations.
  6. Coordinate with department heads for interview scheduling, feedback, and final selection.
  7. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and HR systems.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and hiring SOPs.
