**Job Title**: IT Recruiter

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarks when required.
- Maintain key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- Proficient in sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS systems.
- Ability to handle multiple positions across departments and prioritize workload.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in hiring for IT and non-IT roles across various levels (junior to leadership).
- Exposure to international hiring (Middle East, Europe, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies.
- Understanding of recruitment compliance and employment laws.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
