Urgently looking for a Branch Manager for a reputed international GYM (Anytime Fitness)

*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WALK-IN CLIENT HANDLING, BUSINESS HANDLING, BRANCH HANDLING, EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT ETC*

There will be monthly sales target.

Locations:- New Alipore.

Salary to incentives

Exp - 3-5 years in B2C Sales.

Age - Maximum 35 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:

  2. Oversee daily operations of the gym, ensuring equipment and facilities are clean and functioning properly.

  3. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

  4. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of gym equipment.

  5. Implement and monitor gym schedules and class timetables.

  6. Staff Management:

  7. Recruit, hire, and train gym staff such as personal trainers, front desk personnel, and cleaning staff.

  8. Create work schedules and manage employee performance.

  9. Conduct staff meetings, offer development opportunities, and handle staff disputes.

  10. Customer Service:

  11. Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing member complaints or concerns.

  12. Maintain strong relationships with gym members and foster a welcoming environment.

  13. Respond to membership inquiries and oversee the onboarding process for new members.

  14. Sales and Marketing:

  15. Drive membership sales by developing promotions, campaigns, and partnerships.

  16. Track membership growth and work on member retention strategies.

  17. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the gym via social media, local events, and other channels.

  18. Financial Management:

  19. Monitor the gym's budget and manage expenses, including payroll and supplies.

  20. Ensure financial goals are met, such as membership sales targets and cost control.

  21. Handle billing and ensure timely collection of membership fees.

  22. Member Engagement and Retention:

  23. Create programs and events to enhance member engagement and retention.

  24. Collect and analyze member feedback to improve gym services.

  25. Monitor membership trends and adjust offerings accordingly.

  26. Reporting:

  27. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, membership, and staff performance.

  28. Provide feedback to senior management on operational improvements and financial status.

  29. Facility Development:

  30. Lead new projects such as expanding gym facilities or introducing new equipment or services.

  31. Ensure that gym branding and standards are upheld throughout the facility.
