RESPONSIBILITIES - Good to haveMaintain and optimize the Salesforce CRM Platform, ensuring data integrity and system processes.Support Sales Team by providing ongoing support by addressing system issues, and answering questions.Lead and participate in sales operations projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.Ability to build systems architecture with eye towards future scale but flexibility to solve current business requirements.Understands and communicates impacts of data components across all systems.Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and support sales objectives.Experience with Salesforce Managed Packages - Duns & Bradstreet, Linkdin Sales Navigator
QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS degree in Information Systems or Business Management discipline.4-5 years of experience in Salesforce.3-4 years of experience in sales operations or channel operations.Salesforce Admin 201 Certification requiredExpertise in account management, pipeline management, and reporting.Extensive experience doing data analysis, modeling to support and drive business operations.Expertise and knowledge of sales operations and enterprise sales models, including multi-channel distribution.Extensive knowledge of systems and processes including: Salesforce, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), G-Suite & MS Office. Software industry (SaaS and On Premise) experience is a distinct advantage.Strong business and financial acumen.
