Role Brief
As a Senior Business Development Manager at Brand Street, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our client accounts. You will lead a team of account managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and a track record of delivering exceptional results for clients.
Responsibilities
- BTL, Trade Marketing, Consumer Marketing Is a must.
- Handle projects and clients, worth 10 Mil and above.
- Business Development & Developing the vertical with team and clients.
- Developing the vertical with team & Clients | Pan India.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for client accounts, aligning with their business objectives and target audience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to account teams, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify insights and opportunities for optimization, presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations and innovative solutions to clients.
- Lead business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities for growth, nurturing client relationships, and participating in pitch presentations.
- Manage and mentor account managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster their growth and success.
- Ensure compliance with agency processes, policies, and best practices, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, showcase our capabilities, and generate new business leads.
Qualifications
Post Graduate (Pref. to marketing as specialization)
Min 6-8 Year in a similar role / industry
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel is a Must)
