Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to help us attract , hire, and onboard exceptional talent. You will be a key partner in supporting our recruitment efforts, ensuring fairness, and building a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Diversity & Inclusion:
    Work closely with leadership to ensure fair and unbiased hiring practices and contribute to diversity initiatives across recruitment processes.
  • Sourcing & Networking:
    Use creative and strategic methods such as social media, job boards, networking events, and job fairs to connect with potential candidates.
  • Interviewing & Assessment:
    Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' interests, motivations, personality traits, and salary expectations while using structured screening methods to evaluate qualifications.
  • Candidate Experience:
    Ensure smooth onboarding by managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and offering guidance to new hires for a seamless transition into the company.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and roles, providing informed feedback on candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding:
    Assist in designing and executing recruitment marketing initiatives that highlight the company's values and culture to attract top talent.
  • Data-Driven Hiring:
    Implement recruiting metrics to track effectiveness, refine sourcing strategies, and support decision-making processes.
  • Talent Pipeline Building:
    Actively build relationships with candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Represent the Company:
    Be a trusted and knowledgeable ambassador, answering candidate questions about the organisation, culture, and career development opportunities.
