Job Overview

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Implant Recruiter) with proven experience in BFSI recruitment and bulk hiring. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for BFSI roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions (Relationship Managers, Sales, Credit, Backend Banking).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and design hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across multiple levels.
  • Handle bulk hiring within strict timelines.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to align hiring needs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • BFSI Recruitment Expertise – CASA, Wealth RM, Acquisition Roles, Sales, and Liability-based Loan hiring.
  • Bulk Hiring Management – Ability to manage large-scale recruitment efficiently.
  • Sourcing Skills – Proficiency in job portals headhunting, referrals, and social media hiring.
  • Screening & Interviewing – Strong evaluation skills to assess candidate fit.
  • Stakeholder Management – Ability to partner with business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Reporting & MIS – Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data reporting.
  • Time Management – Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills – Relationship-building and influencing ability
