Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional proficient in English and Malayalam to lead our outdoor marketing initiatives. The role involves driving business growth through strategic B2B tie-ups, market research, and effective marketing campaigns while supporting internal teams with guidance and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, establish, and maintain B2B tie-ups to enhance business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to potential partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market studies to analyze trends, opportunities, and competition.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan and manage outdoor marketing activities and promotional events.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with and guide the counseling and other internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Should be flexible for outdoor activities and working hours

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in marketing, business development, or event management will be an added advantage.
