Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team at Wizr AI. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and supporting the overall sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for technology and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online research.
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new sales opportunities.
Qualification:
Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
Use a consultative approach to assess customer requirements and determine how Wizr AIs solutions can address their needs.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain a detailed log of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to help refine outreach efforts.
Performance Tracking:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Experience in the AI or technology sector.
- Familiarity with lead generation and qualification processes in a SaaS environment.
