Total Experience : 7+ years of Inside Sales Leadership for Corporate / B2B

Experience in IT | Technology space | Telecom | Mobility | Services

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the inside sales team and deliverables
  • Own the Inside Sales process from generation, follow up to closure.
  • Guide the team to nurture leads into accounts & then grow Share of Wallet in accounts
  • Set and track sales targets for your team aligned to the overall Qualified targets
  • Set the pace for outbound efforts to ensure faster delivery of qualified leads as well as efficient conversions
  • Track quality of conversations, lead quality and other metrics to ensure adherence to standards that will lead to attainment of sales goals every quarter
  • Track and analyze the data for each ISR and create improvement metrics.
  • Mentor and train the team as required to Improve conversions
  • Work closely with marketing & product teams.
  • Align ISR team to the objectives.
  • Sign up for and deliver a certain number of qualified opportunities every quarter
  • Consistently work towards improving team productivity and efficiency

Desired Profile :

  • 7+ years Prior experience in leading the Inside sales Engine / team
  • B2B experience especially in pitching an IT hardware & Software product to diverse audiences and managing teams that do so
  • Proven capability in delivering qualified sales opportunities and meeting sales targets globally
