uPVC Profile Sales, Chennai


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Developing, Building, Tracking / Monitoring the Sales for Chennai region.
  • Recruitment, training, managing and retention of the Sales personnel for the region.
  • Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Including and not limited to Fabricators, Dealers, Builders, Architects, end-users.
  • Meeting with Existing and New builders/Architects/Consultants/PMCs to generate more secondary sales and support to our Partners in the Market.
  • Coaching/Mentoring/Training the existing team to achieve more from the market.
  • Monthly tour of 10-12 days is must.


Qualifications

Graduate, MBA (Marketing) from a reputed management institution.


Experience

Min of 12-15+ yrs of cross diversified experience out of which 5+ years in building material industry is preferred more.

  • Sales of Profiles to Fabricators.
  • Marketing & Business Development.
  • Managing people and their performance thereof.
  • Team Building and Team Management.
  • Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Including and not limited to Fabricators, Dealers, Builders, Architects, end-users..).

  • Brand Development.
