Deputy General Manager Sales Marketing

Responsibilities
- Responsible for Developing, Building, Tracking / Monitoring the Sales of the assigned region / city for NCL VEKA;
- Recruitment, training, managing and retention of the Sales personnel of the region.
- Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Including and not limited to Fabricators, Dealers, Builders, Architects, end-users. Meeting with Existing and New builders / Architects / Consultants / PMC's to generate more secondary sales and support our Partners in the Market.
- Coaching / Mentoring / Training the existing team members to achieve the given targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate, MBA (Marketing) from a reputed management institution.
